Dropbox Dropquest 2012

Anyone else playing along with the Dropquest this year?

Last year's one fried my brain somewhat and I ended up just grabbing the cheat sheet the day after.

I'm up to chapter 6 so far this year and already stumbling. If anyone else is playing along, please leave any hints and tips here. I'm going to make the answer white so you'll have to highlight to read them.

Chapter 1 is a bit of algebra - one thing I was actually quite good at in school.
visit the link [ Dropquest folder ] and drag in a txt file named with the answer to the algebra

Chapter 2

Dropbox will work some magic and if you open that file you'll find the next clue.
go to the dropbox.com/about page and find the people it describes. taking the first letter of each of their names gives you the next password.

Chapter 3
A folder of icons will appear in your dropbox.
They're from the drop website, so just take the first letter of each of their names to make the next password.

Chapter 6
grab in the image and invert the colours
look for the ones that don't match what they say and you'll get a date D-M-Y
go to the events page of your dropbox and go to that date

your get a link to a soundcloud song, with the password left as an anagram in the comments. plus a legend which I don't really get?
