OK everyone, we will try another fun little game similar to ones that have been posted previously. This one is exactly what it says. Simply put a quote from a movie, book, or something of some notoriety so it isn't impossible to guess. We will keep a "running scoreboard" of the leaders for fun. We will start out with an easy one.
"Cinderella story. Outta nowhere. A former greenskeeper, now, about to become the Masters champion. It looks like a mirac... It's in the hole! It's in the hole! It's in the hole!"
Of course! I knew I would kick myself when it was revealed.
Good job, Greg. How could you NOT love LL Cool J in that role? Next quote is yours. Pick something from The Godfather, I'll never guess that. ;-)
Whoops, sorry team, been offline. Here we go...
"Listen, kids. This campfire stuff is fun, it really is, but it doesn't matter how painstakingly we go over these sewer plans or how many damn flashlights or helmets you've got in that box. When the sun comes up, I'm dust, and I would suggest that you follow me and get the hell out of Dodge!"
Wild guess: Interview with a Vampire?
It's not Interview, sorry to say. That would have been a fantastic line in that movie though!
I thought maybe Blade 2, then the sewer thing struck a chord. It?
"It" it is! Nice work Randy! Yet another movie on my list of "haven't seen in a while and really should watch again"!
In telling the story of my father's life, it's impossible to separate fact from fiction, the man from the myth. The best I can do is to tell it the way he told me. It doesn't always make sense and most of it never happened... but that's what kind of story this is.
Yep. Another very good father/son movie.
"Are you a God-fearing man, Senator? That is such a strange phrase. I've always thought of God as a teacher; a bringer of light, wisdom, and understanding. You see, I think what you really fear is me... "
