OK everyone, we will try another fun little game similar to ones that have been posted previously.  This one is exactly what it says.  Simply put a quote from a movie, book, or something of some notoriety so it isn't impossible to guess.  We will keep a "running scoreboard" of the leaders for fun.  We will start out with an easy one.

"Cinderella story. Outta nowhere. A former greenskeeper, now, about to become the Masters champion. It looks like a mirac... It's in the hole! It's in the hole! It's in the hole!"

Caddyshack!

I love this game, me a friend used to play all the time back in college - we called it Quotebusters!

Next one then:

I ain't fallin' for no banana in da tailpipe

Beverly Hills Cop?

OK, looks like the next one is us up to me:

Do you know the mathematical expression for longing? Negative numbers.

....no clue on this one.....

:)

As my wife pointed out, it's a nice geek quote, but not necessarily a "geek movie." Maybe some reflection on what makes a fair movie...  Not sure if you want a hint or a new quote on this one. The hint would be, "You know what makes me happy? Snow. Snow and ice . . . and numbers."

And I assume the standard quote rules apply here? No Google, No Bing (haha)...

I'm in, add me to the scoreboard, although I have no clue on the current one!

I will get ya added Greg!

Standard rules and rates apply.  :)

You can do my version, where if I am stumped I Google it, but then I can't answer it.

It it that film about Einstein with Tim Robbins?

OK, it was Smilla's Sense of Snow with Julia Ormond (always amazing) and Gabriel Byrne. Here's a better offering, I think:

"You should have sent a poet."

I don't remember the "you" in there. "No...words...should have sent...a poet"

Contact

Nice.  We're both off.  It was "they" - "They should have sent a poet."  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3deNVM3EWIc  next one is up to you, Randy.
