what I was looking for was the X-Men Dust charecter

Imagine if she had the power to change into ice. That would be pretty bizarre in the desert. Some of these characters have some weird powers. Cyclops always bothered me. He can blast through walls but not through his eyelids?

The Marvel No-prize explanation is that Cyclops is immune to his own powers. In fact, he and his brother Alex are immune to each other's powers.

Just don't ask me how a normal human body can generate that kind of explosive power. Altered genetics just doesn't quite cut it. :)

iceman always bugged me....he was always writen as lame when, given the fact that EVERYBODY is over 60 % water he could freeze you from the inside instantly killing or incapacitating even the toughest of foes.

Lately, I think they've been trying to up Iceman's power levels, saying he needed to grow up first. or soemthing like that. 

But you're right. If Magneto can hurt people by using the iron in their blood, Iceman should be more dangerous in battle with those who are mostly liquid. :)
