ON THE CLOCK: none
ON DECK: none
SKIPPED: none
I realized I was over-thinking the draft event. No need for Doodles or coordinating 20 families to be in the same virtual place at the same time. This is just two rounds, so there is plenty of time to handle this asynchronously through this forum.
The procedure is as follows:
Using a random generator, I determined that this will be the order for our two-round draft:
Round 1
1. Hitter Squad B — Battin' Rouge King Cake Babies (Watson/Metairie, LA)
2. Pitcher Squad B — Tree Town Ninjas (Rozek/Ann Arbor, MI)
3. Hitter Squad G — Minnehahas (Edwards/Minneapolis, MN)
4. Hitter Squad H — Short Pump Pancake Breakfasts (Davidson/Richmond, VA)
5. Hitter Squad A — Owensboro Sluggers (Henry/Owensboro, KY)
6. Hitter Squad P — Staerker Stars (Staerke/Glenmont, NY)
7. Pitcher Squad A — Indiana Jones (Makice/Bloomington, IN)
8. Hitter Squad I — Thurber-Mingus Thunder Chickens (Christian/Frisco, TX)
9. Hitter Squad F — Honey Nut Ichiros (Sarver/Everett, WA)
10. Pitcher Squad C — Maryland Ninjas (Rose/Washington, D.C.)
11. Hitting Squad O — Greenwood Aglets (Reese/Greenwood, DE)
12. Hitting Squad S — Fishers Creepers (Gibbs/Fishers, IN)
13. Hitting Squad J — Awesome City Hardballers (Hardy/Redmond, WA)
14. Pitcher Squad F — Hillsborough Bombers (Idenden/Hillsborough, NJ)
15. Hitter Squad D — Butler Bounty Hunters (Krahn/El Dorado, KS)
16. Hitter Squad R — Deep River Circles (Garmendez/Round Rock, TX)
17. Hitter Squad L — Fairport Lally Gaggers (Lally/Fairport, NY)
18. Pitcher Squad T — Maryland Blue Crabs (Crossett/Eldersburg, MD)
19. Hitter Squad M — Chicago Hot Dogs (Harmon/Naperville, IL)
20. Hitter Squad K — Grand Theft Votto (Carpenter/Ripley, OH)
NOTE: For Round Two, we can safely split into two tracks for drafting the remaining pitching and hitting squads. Once the previous team needing hitting has selected, the next team needing hitting is free to draft. Same for pitching. The scheduled time slots will remain, but we should be able to complete this draft ahead of schedule.
Round 2

23. Hitter Squad C — Maryland Blue Crabs (Crossett/Eldersburg, MD)
24. Pitcher Squad L — Fairport Lally Gaggers (Lally/Fairport, NY)
25. Pitcher Squad G — Deep River Circles (Garmendez/Round Rock, TX)
26. Pitcher Squad D — Butler Bounty Hunters (Krahn/El Dorado, KS)
27. Hitter Squad Q — Hillsborough Bombers (Idenden/Hillsborough, NJ)

Permalink Reply by John Staerker on May 1, 2012 at 2:50pm Ok, I wold like to put Braden on the DL and pick up Bronson Arroyo from Cin.
Also, how do you change your line up for your team, as i do not see Jeter on my starting lineup?
One more - when I go to Live and then matchups, I see Indiana and Butler, but not mine, and I am logged in, How can I see mine compared to my next opponent?

Permalink Reply by Kevin Makice on May 2, 2012 at 12:49am To put Braden on the DL,
Jeter wasn't in your starting lineup because the default lineups were based on ESPN 500 ranking (i.e., the order in which they were picked) and position. Jeter followed both Reyes and Rollins for that hitting squad, which left him without a position. You can make adjustments for next week by doing the following:
You should see a notification.
In the live matchups, I'm trying to get clarification from FanStar on how we can get the display to do what we want (show cumulative stats as well as game score in progress). Right now, though, you can click on boxscores for each game along the left side column to show the starting lineups for both teams in a game. The current week's stats are listed below (may need to scroll)
Permalink Reply by John Staerker on May 2, 2012 at 3:54pm OK, Braden is on the IR. I would like to pick up Bronson Arroyo from Cin.
Permalink Reply by John Staerker on May 2, 2012 at 3:54pm oh, and thanks for the help.
Permalink Reply by John Staerker on July 9, 2012 at 11:17pm ok, just saw my tean and saw a number of red dots.. what do they mean an dhow can I repleace tohse characters before the next game?

Permalink Reply by Kevin Makice on July 9, 2012 at 11:26pm It depends on what the red dots mean. If you click on them, up near the top of the page you'll see a new panel with week-by-week stats for that player. There will be a line in red that explains the nature of the injury, whether it's day-to-day or something that required DL with an expected date of return. Anyone on DL is eligible to be stashed on our IR (up to five such slots) and you can fill those open places on the 20-man active roster with free agents.
Permalink Reply by John Staerker on July 9, 2012 at 11:41pm Thanks.. is there a guide on how to change people? when is the next game?

Permalink Reply by Kevin Makice on July 10, 2012 at 12:00am Under the "Team" menu, there's a "Set Lineup" and "Add/Waive" options that will take you to the places to change your lineup or add players, respectively. In general, click on the name to select someone and click on the dot to reveal stats.
Due to the All-Star week only allowing for 3 days of MLB games this weekend, the next lineup deadline is Monday at noon eastern. Signing periods remain the same (Wednesday and Saturday).
