The girl wanted to put her own spin on Loki. Bought the costume earlier in the year at the Md. Ren Fest and I made the helmet.

Thanks! I used foam wreath bases from the local craft store, cut down with a coping saw. The helmet base is a cut-apart and reassembled Spartan helmet from the Halloween store. It's all attached with generous amounts of hot glue. A base coat of flat black to cover everything was followed by a coat of hammered gold spray paint. With the exception of the paint drying, it took about an hour to make.
