Raising Geek Generation 2.0 Together
I tend to only get the plastic trays for "favored" games such as Small World and Middle Earth Quest. They can be pretty pricey, though occasionally I'll run across deals online.
Very nice. I tend to make tuckboxes for cards when I feel like it but most of my organization consists of tiny plastic baggies. Haven't invested in the plastic trays myself—I could easily end up spending way too much money on those. :)
I did reorganize the contents of Small World...here's a link to some images on Board Game Geek: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/image/797079/small-world
I tend to reorganize a lot of my game inserts, as you can see in several pictures here: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/images/boardgame/all/page/1?username=e...
Oooh, you're a brave man storing Small World upright—or have you replaced the original inserts?
Yeah... I used to be able to fit all of mine inside the hutch we have in our living room, but no longer. Now they're all stacked inside a hall closet. Very haphazardly. One of these days, I will organize...
BTW, I started a discussion about storing and organization one's board game collection. Maybe you could stop by and give us some tips?
Thanks, Michael...our collection is getting pretty ridiculous. There's actually more games in the other cabinets and drawers.
Man, I only wish my board games collection was this organized. Well done, sir.
