Hi Dean. Sorry to take so long to reply to your post about the Lego We do. You've already had to deal with the situation one way or another. In case you haven't found it, Lego Education now has a few fixes on their WeDo download page (http://education.lego.com/downloads/?q=%7BB45AC2FC-B6F1-4FAA-9224-5...). I had to do a complete uninstall and reinstallation for it all to work. There is a python script that you run from Terminal in order to start the main WeDo install, and there is a patch to take care of the Flash problem. So far it all appears to work. Cheers.
