What are some of your geeky hobbies?
Kathy Ceceri oversees a geeky household consisting of one son who's studying electronic game design at college, another who put up a greenscreen in his room for making special effects movies while homeschooling high school, and an ultra-marathon cyclist husband who keeps his childhood comic book collection under their bed. She has written several activity books for kids and parents, including "Robotics: Discover the Science and Technology of the Future," contributed over a dozen projects to the Geek Dad series of books, designed hands-on learning crafts for FamilyFun, Home Education Magazine, and others, and taught science and art workshops at museums, schools and libraries around the Northeast. As an English Major, she's especially tickled that her family's "at-home science" blogs have been mentioned in Tech section of The New York Times and in Chemical & Engineering News.
