Next week, the boy and I will have the house to ourselves because his sister and my wife will be gone to summer camp. Other than Day Camps, the boy has never been away and this is something I plan to remedy in next few years just to get that experience.

I never got to see Star Wars when it was first released. I’ve shared how it was introduced tome via my Cousin Maria during a visit to my Uncle George’s in Claxton. But I wasn’t out of luck. In the days long before DVD/video releases, movies often popped back up in theatres if they were warranted profitable enough.
